Stuffed & baked Sweet corn & spinach buns

Ingredients :
All purpose flour ( maida) : 1/2 cup
Whole wheat flour : 1/2 cup
Dry yeast : 1 tsp ( I used Blue Bird )
Normal sugar : 1 tsp ( to activate the yeast)
Salt : 1/4 tsp
Olive oil : 4 tsp
Warm water : 1/2 cup
Sesame seeds : 2 tsp
Grated cheese : 4 tsp

For Stuffing : 
Boiled & coarsely ground Sweet corn : 3/4 cup
Chopped Spinach : 3/4 cup
Mashed potato : 1/4 cup
Green chilli paste ; 1 tsp
Garlic paste : 1 tsp
Ginger paste : 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala : 1 tsp
Salt : 1 tsp or As per taste.
Vegetable oil : 2 tsp
Add oil in a pan. Turn on the gas. Add chilli, garlic & ginger paste one by one & roast nicely. Add spinach. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add corn & mashed potato. Add salt & garam masala. Mix properly. The mixture should be dry. Keep aside to cool down.  

Recipe :
1. Take yeast & sugar in bowl.
2. Add warm water in yeast & sugar mixture.
3. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
4. You will observe bubbles & mixture will be fluffy.
5. Add salt & olive oil. Sieve maida & whole wheat flour . Mix to make a nice dough.
6. Transfer the dough on clean greased platform. Knead the dough about 10 min. till it becomes elastic. Use little maida or oil while kneading if needed.
7. Prepare a soft dough  & keep in a big bowl .Cover the bowl  . Let it rest for 1 hour.
8. After 1 hour the dough will be double of original size.
9.  Punch the dough & again knead for about 10 minutes.
10. Prepare small buns stuffing with cheese, sweet corn & spinach mixture.
11. Arrange the buns on baking tray. Keep the tray for about 1 hour.
12. Bake the buns in preheated oven at 200 for 10 minutes or till it turns brown.
Above measurement yields about 9 small buns..    
Enjoy hot home made soft  delicious stuffed buns with tomato ketchup.

very delicious looking buns. I love stuffed buns. I've got to try spinach and corn. I always use mixed veggies like peas, carrots, french beans etc.
