Popular Maharastrain recipe!!


Ingredients:

Rice ( Whole ) : 1 cup
Wheat ( Whole ) : 1 cup
Jowar ( Sorghum ) : 1 cup
Bajra ( Pearl Millet ): 1 cup
Moong Dal or whole Moong : 1/2 cup
Chana dal or whole chana : 1/2 cup
Matki ( Moth) : 1/4 cup
Chavli ( Black eyed beans ) : 1/4 cup
Udid ( Black Gram ) : 1/4 cup
Dhane Coriander seeds :  1/4 cup
Jeera ( Cumin seeds ) : 1/4 cup

Recipe :

Dry roast all above ingredients separately in a heavy bottom pan or kadhai.
Let them cool properly. Grind fine on mixer grinder. Let it cool.
Preserve it in airtight jar. It can last up to one year if roasted properly.
Enjoy delicious thalipith or baked bhajni wadi whenever you want!!
